This complete system is a masterpiece of innovation, comprising five integral components: the detection device, essential detection accessories, and robust mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. By employing cutting-edge technologies such as impedance plane analysis and multi-amplitude phase amplitude area alarms, it seamlessly conducts automatic defect detection, while efficiently outputting automatic sorting signals, alarms, and marking signals for unmatched reliability.
The sophisticated instrument generates alternating current, which creates eddy currents on the surface of the work-piece via the detection coil. The generated magnetic field from these eddy currents significantly impacts the electrical impedance of the detection coil. Should there be surface defects or material discontinuities, the initial eddy current field is disrupted, altering the impedance of the detection coil. This advanced instrument adeptly processes the electrical signals of impedance changes from the measuring probe, ensuring precise and automatic defect detection.
