Utilizing sophisticated technologies like impedance plane analysis and multi-amplitude phase amplitude area alarms, it seamlessly detects defects and automatically outputs sorting signals, alarms, and marking signals with unparalleled precision.
The sophisticated alternating current generated by the instrument induces eddy currents on the surface of the work-piece through the detection coil. The magnetic field generated by these eddy currents subsequently influences the electrical impedance of the detection coil. When surface defects or material discontinuities are present, the original eddy current field is disrupted, altering the coil's impedance. The instrument meticulously processes the electrical signals of this impedance change from the measuring probe, achieving remarkable automatic defect detection.
