Automatic Offline Eddy Current Flaw Detector is suitable for eddy current flaw detection of round steel. The complete system consists of five parts: detection device, detection accessories, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic. Impedance plane analysis, multi-amplitude phase amplitude area alarm and other technologies are used to achieve automatic detection of defects and output automatic sorting signals, alarms and marking signals.
The alternating current generated by the instrument produces eddy currents on the surface of the work-piece through the detection coil, and the magnetic field generated by the eddy currents in turn affects the electrical impedance of the detection coil. When there are defects on the surface of the work-piece, material discontinuities, etc., the original eddy current field will be destroyed, causing the impedance of the detection coil to change, and the instrument processes the electrical signal of the impedance change from the measuring probe to achieve automatic detection of defects.
